"I would give Spencer's more than 5 stars if I could. In March of 2020 I purchased a new tractor from a middle Tennessee dealer before I knew of Spencer's. The tractor was delivered with problems and the selling dealer either could not or would not make the necessary repairs. When I contacted Spencer's they treated me as if I were a long time customer and made all of the necessary repairs under warranty. Spencer's went the extra mile. "I have had my Mahindra E-max 25 tractor for 5 years and have had numerous power, mower and starting issues for the whole time. My original dealer had never been able to correct the issues with the tractor. Very disappointed with the service feeling that the tractor was better than that.
